The customer was extremely grateful for our prompt service, and was ecstatic when we let him know that we’d handle the logistics of the PECO billing. Although we are a third party agency certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, we cannot perform an inspection on the same project we did work on, so as to avoid confliction between AHJs.
